Payment and Refunds

Services are provided by sole proprietor Alexey Viktorovich Sorokin (Gravity agency) under the public offer agreement. Prices are listed in the “Prices” section and in the offer; VAT not applicable.

How to order and pay

1. Submit a request on the website, call us, or write to info@gravity-spb.ru.
2. We agree on the plan or task, the timeline and the amount.
3. You receive a payment link or an invoice. Paying via the link constitutes acceptance of the offer.

Payment methods

• By Mir, Visa or Mastercard bank card — on the secure Ozon Pay payment page (Ozon Bank JSC).
• Via the Faster Payments System (SBP) — by QR code in your banking app.
• By bank transfer against an invoice — for legal entities and sole proprietors.

Card details are entered on the bank’s page and transmitted over a secure protocol; we do not receive or store them. After payment, an electronic cash receipt is sent to your e-mail or phone.

Payment security

Payments are processed by Ozon Bank JSC (Ozon Pay). The payment page runs over the secure HTTPS protocol and complies with the PCI DSS security standard. To protect against fraud, card payments are confirmed with 3-D Secure technology (Mir Accept, Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check) — using a code from an SMS or in your banking app. The bank checks transactions with an anti-fraud monitoring system and may decline a suspicious payment.

We will never ask you to share card details, CVC/CVV or SMS codes by phone, e-mail or messenger. Payment links lead only to Ozon Pay pages (checkout.ozon.ru) or to our website. If you receive a suspicious message in our name, write to info@gravity-spb.ru or call +7 967 555-75-75.

Service timelines

We start work within 3 business days after payment and receipt of materials. A business card website takes up to 10 business days; advertising and map listings take up to 7 business days. Subscription plans are paid monthly in advance. Services are provided remotely; there is no physical delivery.

Refunds

You can cancel the services at any time — write to info@gravity-spb.ru with your order number or payment date. We refund payment for services not provided, less the expenses actually incurred, and the subscription fee for the current month in proportion to the remaining days. Details are in Section 7 of the offer.

Money is refunded by the same method you used to pay: to the same card or to the account from which the SBP payment was made. We process the refund within 10 calendar days of receiving your request; crediting by the bank usually takes 1 to 30 days, depending on the issuing bank.

If a payment went through incorrectly (double charge, wrong amount), let us know and we will refund the overpayment within the same period.
