4. Legal basis and retention period

The data is processed with your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form (Clause 1 of Part 1 of Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”), and for clients — for the performance of a contract. Request data is stored for no longer than 3 years from your last contact or until you withdraw your consent.

5. Where the data is stored and who receives it

The data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation. We do not sell it or transfer it to third parties, except for services without which the website cannot work: hosting, sending request notifications, and Yandex Metrica. Data is disclosed to government authorities only in cases provided for by law.

If you message us on Telegram, the conversation goes through a service owned by a foreign company, and the data is stored outside Russia. This is a cross-border transfer of personal data: it happens only on your initiative, and we use it solely to reply to your enquiry. We receive and store requests, contracts and documents on servers in Russia — via the form on the website, by phone and by e-mail. If you do not want your data transferred abroad, please use these channels.

6. How we protect the data

The connection to the website is encrypted (HTTPS), only the operator has access to requests and that access is password-protected, and the form is protected against automated submissions.

7. Your rights

You can find out what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent. To do so, call us or send a letter to info@gravity-spb.ru or to the address for inquiries. We will reply within 10 business days.

8. Cookies

The website uses Yandex Metrica cookies for visit statistics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — the website will continue to work.

In addition, on some pages the website keeps its own activity log: which pages and sections you opened, clicks on buttons and links, scrolling, starting and submitting a form — without the contents of the fields. The log records your IP address, browser details and a random identifier stored in your browser. The log is kept on our servers in Russia for 180 days and is used to evaluate advertising and improve the website. To reset the identifier, clear the site data in your browser settings.
